Retired FBI agent Carrington is persuaded by his friend, active FBI agent Donovan, to search for a stolen map revealing the location of uranium deposits located on a remote island in the South Pacific. The pair soon discover they are not the only ones looking for the map. As it changes hands, chaos ensue with millionaires, countesses, international terrorists and others all vying to get their hands on the valuable document.
