The resurrected Butcher leaves a trail of corpses behind him as he heads for Los Angeles in search of his former associates who had double-crossed him. Lieutenant Richard Chasen of the Los Angeles Police Department deduces that Paul Lowe, the Butcher's lawyer, is next on the hit list. Will the Butcher be stopped before he claims another life?
