John Wayne stars in this film, one of a series he did for Lone Star Productions early in his career. John Wayne and George Hayes are blacksmiths, but discover gold when they pull a nugget out of a horse's hoof. Two villains learn of the gold strike, and show up to attempt to rob them of it.
