When wandering cowboy Bob Crandall hits a mining town in search of a friend, he is met with blank faces and some shady goings-on. His search soon leads him to a gang of greedy claim-jumpers operating in the rich silver-mining territory. Crandall wins back his friend's claim but loses his heart to Molly Welburn, an attractive outlaw seeking to avenge her father's murder.
