The Ultimate Book of Spells (UBOS) is an animated series which ran in 2001. The series is similar in many ways to the popular Harry Potter series of books and movies and follows the adventures of Cassy, Vern and Gus, three gifted students who learn about magic and how to use it after attending an enchanted school. After receiving UBOS (The Ultimate Book of Spells), they embark on a journey to stop an evil wizard named Zarlak.

I remember getting up at two in the morning just so I could watch this show. I was so disappointed when it was canceled.
