Let's Get Tough - reviewed on Mar 26, 2008

I remember watching the East Side Kids/Bowery Boys while growing up in the sixties. I'm surprised no one has taken the time to restore these almost 70 year old gems of yesterday. The flaws and missing pieces are the only detraction from the otherwise charming "innocence" of these bygone times and views. Sometimes politically incorrect, but still a joy to watch. A must on anyones comedy list. 4 stars!

Wow, Is that Frank Tripp? This is one strange movie, yet it has it's redeeming qualities. Worth a look, but don't set your hopes too high. Thought provoking look at who should really be locked up, along with social commentary on the long term effects of pollution in a small town. A little to far south for Erin Brockovich evidently. Two stars
